§ Mr. IngramOur current bilateral relationship with Israel includes maintaining professional contacts through our Defence Attaché in Tel Aviv as well as some exchanges on technology and some equipment procurement. We have formal agreements covering research and security but these are subject to certain restrictions. We also hold military talks that cover a wide range of issues.
