Mr. Byers: To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department when he expects Immigration and Nationality Directorate to return the passports belonging to Mrs. Maliheh Sadeghi Boroujerdi and Mr. Mohsen Dastmaldi, which were sent to the Directorate on 4 July 2003. [178080]
