To ask the Secretary of State for Health how many NHS training places for(a) diagnostic and (b) therapeutic radiographers there were in each year since 1997. [176754]

Mr. Hutton

The information requested is shown in the table. Between 1996–97 and 2002–03, the number of training places for radiographers have increased by 634, or 107 per cent.

(4) what the prevalence rate of reported cases of sexually transmitted infections in people aged (a) 11, (b) 12, (c) 13, (d) 14, (e) 15, (f) 16, (g) 17, (h) 18 and (i) 19 years was in each year since 2000, broken down by (i) disease and (ii) sex. [176498]
