onwards), Central Support Protection grant (1999–2000 to

2001–02), General GLA grant (2000–01 onwards), and

distributable amount from non-domestic pool (1990–91

onwards).

2. Funding at 2003–04 prices have been calculated using Her

Majesty's Treasury's GDP Deflator.
