§ Mr. Hoon[holding answer 12 July 2004]: The Combined Joint Task Force-7 document entitled Interrogation and Counter-Resistance Policy has not been seen by Defence Ministers. I am not aware that any British armed forces personnel or Ministry of Defence officials have seen the document.
