§ Mr. MorleyThe Environmental Business Growth Action Programme is designed to assist small and medium enterprises to take advantage of the market for environmental goods and services. The Environment Agency is the accountable body for the programme, managing funds provided by Advantage West Midlands and the Government office for the west Midlands. The programme only operates in the west Midlands.
