It is not a question of having delayed a decision; this is a major programme and it is right to take time to ensure we reach the correct one.

What would be the effect on whole costs and logistics of not ordering the recovery variants of the Ministry of Defence's support vehicle at the same time as general service cargo variants. [HL3674]
