§ What extra requirements paid and volunteer instructors in outdoor and adventurous activities will have to undertake as a result of the proposals for Work at Height Regulations. [HL3322]
§ The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Department for Work and Pensions (Baroness Hollis of Heigham): The HSC does not expect any extra requirements to fall to paid and voluntary institutions if the Working at Height Regulations are implemented as proposed.
