§ What undertakings were given to Kurdish representatives in the administrative area, Coalition Provisional Authority North, in Iraq by the head of 40WA that authority concerning referenda in Mosul, Kanakin and Kirkuk to determine whether those cities should be part of a future Kurdish entity in a federal Iraq.
