§ Mr. MilibandSince December 2003, the Department have received five representations about meals provision in Essex; three have been received from schools, including correspondence from a school via my hon. Friend the Member for Harwich. There have also been two emails— one from an Essex County Councillor and a general inquiry from Governor Line.
