To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions what progress is being made with transferring individual child support cases which are still subject to the rules of the old system of child support to the new system; and if he will make a statement. [150994]

Plans for transferring the old scheme caseload to the new scheme have yet to be finalised.
