§ Mr. LeslieAn ongoing evaluation of all aspects of Special Measures provisions, including TV links, is being conducted by the Home Office. A report is due to be published by September 2004. Following visits to a number of courts and interviews with witnesses, initial findings have indicated that the new arrangements have been positively received and the quality of equipment is not an issue.
