Whether they will seek to establish framework agreements with the main countries involved in the deportation from the United Kingdom to them of suspected international terrorists to minimise the delay in dealing with individual cases. [HL668]

We are actively pursuing this possibility with a number of countries, although discussions are still at an early stage.
