To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Skills what percentage of pupils achieved level 4 or above in Key Stage 2 test results for 11-year-olds in(a) English and (b) mathematics in 2003 in the London boroughs of (i) Redbridge and (ii) Waltham Forest. [147393]
