§ Mr. Alexander66 per cent. of Government services are now available on-line. Departments continue to make progress towards our target for making all services available electronically by 2005, with key services achieving high levels of take-up.
Later this year, we will pilot an enhanced customer offering for the delivery of electronic services designed around the needs of customers.
