§ Mr. HuttonAn assessment of the impact on capitation funding targets for primary care trusts in East London has been made using population projections produced by the Greater London Authority.
We are considering whether further analysis is needed and whether additional funding is necessary to meet the health needs of rapidly growing populations in these areas.
