§ Mr. IngramThe current planned decommissioning dates for the Swiftsure class submarines and Type 22 Batch 3 frigates are as follows.
HMS Year Swiftsure class submarines: Spartan 2006 Sovereign 2006 Superb 2008 Sceptre 2010 Type 22 Batch 3 frigates: Cornwall 2015 Cumberland 2017 Campbeltown 2017 Chatham 2018 The planned decommissioning date for HMS Chatham was brought forward from 2020. This is the only amendment to have been made within the last 12 months.
