To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many hospital trolley waits there were in Northern Ireland in(a) 2000, (b) 2001, (c) 2002 and (d) 2003; and how many there were in December of each year.[146305]

Trolley wait information is returned to the Department in two different forms, on a quarterly basis and on a daily basis

The total number of hospital trolley waits is reported to the Department by Trusts on a quarterly basis.
