To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what additional revenue has been secured from investigations under the IR35 regulation(a) in total and (b) for each year since its implementation. [145747]

Establishing whether or not the intermediaries legislation applies is undertaken as part of the Inland Revenue's Employer Compliance Review programme. As such it is not possible with any accuracy to isolate data relating solely to this legislation.
