Following the Home Secretary's announcement of the established of a National Offender Management Service, what arrangements are to be made for the management of unconvicted prisoners. [HL984]

§ Baroness Scotland of Asthal
The structure of the National Offender Management Service is yet to be finalised. As part of the implementation of the "Reducing Crime—Changing Lives" reforms, the implementation team will consider the arrangements for the management of unconvicted prisoners.
