To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many(a) arrests have been made, (b) convictions have been obtained and (c) cautions have been issued in each police force area in each of the last 12 months for which figures are available for offences relating to (i) possession of and (ii) dealing in (A) Class A, (B) Class B and (C) Class C drugs.
