§ Mr. TimmsThe commercial working group was developed by the US Department of Commerce and the Department of Trade and Industry as a forum to give US and UK energy companies a voice in discussions between the two Governments on bilateral energy cooperation, security and supply issues. It has met on two occasions—on 16 December 2002 in London and 26 February 2003 in Washington.
