§ Mr. HainUnder section 68 of the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000, a home owner can acquire a right of way over common land to gain access to their home. The section is to be brought into force by the National Assembly for Wales in early February. The Government have no plans to introduce further legislation on this subject.
