  • Chester-le-Street District Counci
  • Cumbria County Counci
  • Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Counci
  • Durham County Counci
  • Herefordshire Counci
    • WA 98
  • King's Lynn & West Norfolk District Counci
  • London Borough of Lewisha
  • Newcastle Metropolitan Borough Counci
  • Telford & Wrekin Borough Council (two by-elections)
