§ Mr. CabornWe have received representations from several hon. Members, the Central Council for Physical Recreation, small sports clubs and from individual members of small sports clubs. These representations relate mainly to the issue of the fee levels which we intend to set shortly for small sports clubs under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003.
