§ The Minister of State, Foreign and Commonwealth Office (Baroness Symons of Vernham Dean)There are no reliable estimates of the number of Iraqi civilians killed and injured in Fallujah. The Iraqi Ministry of Health plans to assess the situation when conditions allow and may, in due course, be able to provide this information.
