§ Mr. LammyAll cases from Wales received by the Social Security Commissioners are processed by Commissioners who are familiar with the Welsh language. Where appropriate bilingual directions are forwarded to the appellant giving them the opportunity to request a hearing to be conducted in the Welsh language.
