§ Mr. PearsonI have no plans to change the observance of the bank holiday on 17 March and the bank and public holiday on 12 July by civil servants in the 11 Departments of the Northern Ireland Administration and the Northern Ireland Office who are located in Northern Ireland. Holidays for other public service workers are a matter for the relevant employer.
