To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, when she last met representatives of the circus industry to discuss the implementation of the Licensing Act 2003. [166149]

Meetings with the circus industry about the Licensing Act 2003 have been it official rather than ministerial level. Officials from my Department last met circus industry representatives on 5 March and have also discussed these issues with the Arts Council and with Equity.
