How many commissioned officers failed drugs tests in 2002 and 2003, by service and drug type. [HL2228]

One naval officer tested positive in 2002 for cannabis and another in 2003 for cocaine. One probationary Army officer on a gap year commission between sixth form and university tested positive for cannabis in 2002. A second probationary Army officer on a university cadetship tested positive for cocaine in 2003. No RAF officers have tested positive for illegal drugs over the same period.
