§ Baroness Symons of Vernham DeanThe intergovernmental conference at the end of 2003 did not discuss the proposal from the Convention on the Future of Europe's External Action Working Group for the creation of an EU diplomatic academy. The Government would want to see details of any proposal before considering support.
