Mr. Rammell

My right hon. Friend the Foreign Secretary visited Singapore between 8–9 January 2003 and Malaysia on 10 January 2003. My hon. Friend the then Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) ( Ben Bradshaw) was the last FCO Minister to visit Thailand, between 16–19 December 2001.
