§ Keith HillChelmsford local authority area is not included in the London-Stansted-Cambridge-Peterborough corridor. My hon. Friend the Member for Pontefract and Castleford (Yvette Cooper), made a statement on 2 February 2004 listing the local authorities in the corridor.
