§ Dr. HowellsNetwork Rail are undertaking a full internal investigation into an incident involving two Eurostar trains which occurred on 22 March. The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) will be reviewing Network Rail's report on the incident. The HSE advise that one train was stationary at a signal and the other was travelling at very low speed.
