§ Mr. BellNo such assessment has been made. The Commissioners are committed to protecting public rights of way over their land and ensuring that such rights are respected. Any proposals for additional rights that were compatible with the Commissioners' trustee obligations and had no adverse effect on the land or tenants would be looked at on their merits.
