To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what his latest estimate is of the yield of Capital Gains Tax in each year from 1990–91 to 2005–06; and if he will make a statement. [130548]

Estimates of Capital Gains Tax on a receipts basis, for 2002–03 and 2003–04 are published in Table C8 in the Budget Report 2003. Figures for later years are not available.
