§ Mr. MorleyMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State has issued a code of practice under section 34(7) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990. The purpose of the code of practice is to provide practical guidance to those subject to the duty of care, including small businesses, on how to discharge their obligations under770W the duty.
