§ Ms BlearsThe Anti-Social Behaviour Bill currently before Parliament includes a new eviction power to deal with unauthorised encampments. This new power will allow the police to take firm action against unauthorised 667W encampments, without having to satisfy the preconditions found in the current legislation, where there are places available on local authority sites.
