To ask the Deputy Prime Minister when he expects to consult on measures affecting park homes which require legislation. [129301]

§ Yvette Cooper
The Office of the Deputy Prime Minister set up the Park Homes Working Party to consider the need to change existing legislation. The Working Party's we considered recommendations and consulted on in 2001. Options for changes to the law are currently being considered.
