§ Dawn PrimaroloWith regard to the total cost of advertising new tax credits (working tax credit and child tax credit) I refer the hon. Member to the answer I gave to the hon. Member for Hertford and Stortford (Mr. Prisk) on 18 March 2003,Official Report, column 681W. The advertising campaign is being evaluated by tracking research and media audits carried out by independent external agencies managed by COI Communications on behalf of the Inland Revenue.
