§ Alan JohnsonThe restoration of the standards funds in 2004–05 and 2005–06 are a separate issue from the transfer of funding to schools formula spending share in 2003–04. Therefore the restoration of standards fund in 2004–05 and 2005–06 will have no effect on the level of the schools formula spending share for those years.
