asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether the Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission intends to reduce the funding of individual applicants contrary to the duty in Sections 69 (5) and 70 of the Northern Ireland Act 1998. [HL4126]

This is a matter for the Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission. The Chief Commissioner had been asked to write to the noble Lord. A copy of his letter will be placed in the Library.
