§ Mr. IngramThroughout the deployment and subsequent operations in both Kuwait and Iraq during Operations TELIC 1 and 2, bottled drinking water has been provided through the Ministry of Defence Food Supply Contractor. The quantities supplied have been consistent with the medical advice provided at the time. Sources of supply are subject to stringent quality controls to ensure that supplies meet, or exceed, EU quality standards. At static locations, where operational conditions allow, water is stored in refrigerated containers.
