To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what discussions he has had with representatives of the Valuation Office Agency regarding the implications of the ruling in favour of Mrs. Eileen Tully against the Inland Revenue. [134501]

Dawn Primarolo

No discussions have taken place because of the very limited circumstances in which the Tully decision will have an effect elsewhere. The case was determined on the specific facts of the particular case.
