To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Skills when he will publish the findings of the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority investigation into the Standard Attainment Test at 7, 11 and 14 submitted to the QCA in January 2002. [135020]

§ Mr. Stephen Twigg
The Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA) will make the report available before the end of the year and I have asked the Chief Executive of the QCA to write to the hon. Member about this matter.
