To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many prisoners released on home detention curfew in the last 12 months have been(a) prosecuted and (b) convicted for breaching the conditions of their licence, broken down by each police force area in England and Wales; and how many of those who were convicted received a custodial sentence.
