§ Mr. MacShaneReports on bribery and corruption overseas are received from time-to-time from diplomatic posts and after validation these are passed on to the appropriate authorities in the UK. Four such reports, specifically related to guidance on the Anti-Terrorism, Crime and Security Act, have been received since 14 February 2002.
