To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will bring forward proposals to enable Gibraltar to participate in elections to the UK Parliament. [133527]

We have no plans to do so. Overseas Territories, including Gibraltar, are not part of the metropolitan UK.
