§ Mr. McNultyThe Highways Agency left St. Christopher House in September 2002 and the lease expired shortly after. The MOD remained for a few months longer, as their lease had not expired. The building was never a Crown building and it is being demolished by the private landlord. The Highways Agency now has nothing to do with the building.
