To ask the Secretary of State for Defence what arrangements were made for the inquest into the death of Private Tesoni Vakacakaudrove at the Defence School of Transport, Leconfield, on 6 October 2002. [132191]

These arrangements are a matter for HM Coroner in line with the Coroners' system in England and Wales.
